Feedback geven30$ order just for my fries to NOT be fresh very salty ! They had my order done fast which now explains why. Now I understand why they?re only 2 stars ! I?ve been to many whataburgers by far this was very poor service . It was 2:20 in the morning no one there so there was no reason to hurry up on my order !
When I got my order the food was cold and I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes just for my burger bun to be as hard as a hockey puck and my fries where cold and soggy also they gave me the wrong drinks?..I was the only other person in line when I took my order and everyone that came behind got there food before I ever did?. Definitely was not a good experience and don?t plan on going to this location again!!!
Horrible manager did not want to talk to us, she yelled at a new girl just starting, because she didn't want to hear us. We always come here never have I ever waited an hour for burgers ???????????? i understand they get busy. The manager seen us sitting in the driver thru and never once came to us. We then went inside and asked she said she never got are order ????. As a manager she should of came and asked what we were waiting for. It starts with management first. And if she cannot do it then please find someone else.
If I could give zero stars I would. Their milkshake machine was out of order -strike 1. Food preparation was extremely slow. Due to a long drive-thru line, we went inside to place our to go order. Service was extremely slow. There was nobody inside waiting on their food when we placed our order. The vehicle that was in the back of the drive-thru line when we came inside, left with their food BEFORE we received our order-strike two. When I went to the counter to pick up our order, which contained two large orders of fries, I asked for ketchup. I was then informed they were out of all ketchup-strike 3! You might want to tell folks that prior to them placing and paying for an order. This was the second bad experience we 've had at this location, there will not be a third????. My suggestion, find an alternative to this Whataburger!!
TL;DR: Good malts and meat. Poor communication. Stinky car. Food was fantastic, we had to wait about half an hour at the drive through and were told it was because we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich when we got our food. Would have definitely preferred to have been told that before paying or when ordering because we had an angry 19 months old in the car that needed a diaper change and we would have been fine changing our order to be able to get home faster.
