Wingstop - Lubbock

Ordered food and it arrived on time, but immediately after dinner I got very sick. The meat must not have been cooked all the way, because I got food poisoning and when I called to let them know, the Lord apologized on the phone that I became sick and then hanged.

The shop on the slide is a joke!! I tried to order online three times and it didn't leave me. I tried to call the store and it went to a busy signal. So I tried to go to the store to order, I go to the door and they have a sign on the door that only says online order. So obviously I asked the person working can I order here, he said no! It's not the first time that this happened! Avoid this store on slide please it's a joke.

I called this place to make an order to pick up. It was rude that they don't take phone instructions. Either order for app or come in order where you can wait more than 20 minutes. I will not order

We ordered online and the app said 19-24 minutes. I showed up to pick up the food 20 minutes later and sat in the restaurant for another 40 minutes. I'm used to the fact that this Wingstop was pretty slow, so it wasn't a big deal, but when I came home, they had forgotten half of my order. I went back and let her know and got an exasperated eye role and a half-hearted apology and then waited for another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Nothing has been done to try for the mistake besides sarcastic apologies and rude appearance. When I finally came home, most of the foods were cool and I had to reheat it. It was just a terrible experience. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this place.

After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to drive to place order. They young lady informed me that they do not answer the phone and accept call in orders. I explained to her she may want to let her management know to let customers know. They were playing loud inappropriate music in the kitchen. They were not rude, just very unprofessional.
