Pasticceria Gelateria Momus Cafe

Momus is my go-to spot for buttery, flaky, flavorful pastries when I 'm in Lucca. My favorite is the sfoglia mela or sfoglia crema, a folded pastry with apple or cream filling. The crust is just a bit crispy and melts in your mouth. Their fruit tarts with cream and berries is also a treat. The sandwiches are fresh and if they don 't have what you want, they will make something for you if they can. The coffee is consistently good. I 'm usually here in the off-season when it 's filled with locals grabbing their morning coffee and pastries, or in the afternoon having a corretto .

Nic local pastry shop out door seating can be crowed in am nice place to pass the day just looking at all the goings on in st ,maria pizza very busy place 2 minute walk to wall prices are fair

We had the fantastic hot chocolate drinks at Momus, still the best in the city of Lucca. Well worth a visit, we will be back. Great on a wet winter's day.

Posizione invidiabile con vista sulle meravigliose mura lucchesi. Ho preso un cappuccino, buonissimo, e un budino di riso da dimenticare. Riproverò a fare colazione scegliendo una pasta diversa.
