The Pistachio Sans Rival at Eduvigis Coffee Bar is an absolute must-try! I always make it a point to pick up a box every time I visit Lucena City.

The pistachio sans rival is absolutely outstanding. Every member of my family who tasted it—my in-laws, nephews, and nieces—was completely enamored. They were so impressed that they thought it came from a fancy cake shop in Manila. I proudly informed them, "Nope, it's from a local bakery in my hometown, Lucena City." Unfortunately, I couldn't snap any photos because the cake was gone in no time!

The Pistachios Sans Rival is one of the most delightful cakes I've enjoyed in quite some time.
