Feedback gevenAfter a notable visit to the Peace Hotel in Geneva where he had a star in a year, Benjamin Breton put his eyes (stars) with his pre-opening menu of the gastronomic table... No doubt that with such precision in cooking, tastes, products, service, the art of the table, the sommery (superb wine map), it is very quickly left for a tour... or two... For us, a faultless from the beginning to the end thanks also to a pretty ballet in the hall orchestrated by Pierre Lelièvre. That evening, Dome Miéral, Saint-Jacques dive, truffle of Richerenches in a menu at 95 euros... a snorkel... A great address from the region, two great talented associates. Gentlemen hat!

A place cut from everything where it is very nice to have lunch. The kitchen is refined, the service is simple, while being efficient and fast. A nice parenthesis to agree. Everything's home.
