All 4 for the food. <br/ <br/ Don't judge a book by its cover and a food by its shop. It's a worth trying food outlet if your taste buds crave for Chinese (like mine). The quality and quantity is just superb. <br/ The only thing this place lacks in is the space and hygiene. But if you can compromise with that then u can hit it.

Their Paneer Chowmein and Chilly Paneer/Manchurian (with gravy) is out of the world. Chilly Paneer momos with spicy chutney are heaven for momo lovers.

If you are looking for decent, live cooking value for money chinese food, TOC is the place.Although the place is congested but for home delivery/take away, it is good. For fast service come between 7-8pm..
