Starbucks - Ludlow

I stopped before work to get a coffee and asked for additional cold foam. My drink was made by Aubrey. When I received it, there was not even the normal amount of cold foam. When I asked for more, she spotted me loudly with her staff. When I asked for a manager, the staff told me that there is no manager there, except an employee standing behind. He said he was one of the managers, even though he was clear? He said he didn't see anything even though he was one of the people who mocked me loudly and refused to give me information to contact a real manager. Before this event, I heard the employees loudly overheard of mocking the previous customer and said that she could go to McDonald if she could not afford Starbucks. What kind of people are you here?

Waiting was not long and the service was good and fast. Only 7 minutes.

Great place for a Starbucks. Easy on and off of i90E cost is a little higher than a full size Starbucks.

Almost 6$ for the worst chai tea ever in the world. Tasted like dirty water from the sink warmly heated in a microwave. Disgraceful
