Villa Rose Restaurant - Ludlow

Great burger cooked to perfection! Hot crunchy French fries. Unassuming quiet atmosphere!

Went for a benefit that the owner of Villa Rose put on for his own employee, so whether the food was ok or great, my party of 10 was signed up. The food was amazing! From prime rib, mushroom ravioli, chicken parm to short ribs, all were happy with theirdinner. That says alot when there had to be at least 80 people seated for dinner from 5 to 10pm. We all left saying how we needto come back and try other things from the menu. The owner was friendly and talkative and didn't seem stressed a bit consideringthe commotion!

Charcuterie board meats had a bad taste, it came with only two pieces of bread. Entrees (salmon and steak) veggies were overcooked, more like cafeteria food. Meats were tasteless and small. First and last.

It was our first time had swordfish and braised ribs. Pinot noir was outstanding. Plus it has the bar after dinner experience. Desserts carrot cake and cheese cake fabulous. Service was excellent. Wish we knew about this place before. Wow!

Great food and perfect service. Only thing that I would change is that we were in a empty room yet squished to the wall tight so I was difficult to get half the group in and out . Not sure why it was set that way.
