Even though we got there 5 minutes before closing, an employee who was leaving held the door for us, and the manager took our order. we were not rushed. Our order was fresh and hot.

Sales clerk was great and offered a upsell. I went inside to get food for the first time and the food was not correct temperature. I tried the new sandwich with the teriyaki sauce in the pineapple but the meat was cold. Of course I couldn't turn back and bring the food back the same day I was riding the bus. I really wanted this to be a great experience the fries were great and they were new I had not experienced the small fry technique at Hardee's. The meal was expensive I expected a hot Burger.

DoorDash messed up our entire order. Brendan fixed it in the most amazing way possible and the driver wouldn't even accept a tip. THIS is how you become amazing at customer service. It wasn't even their fault and they fixed it. Thank you SO much!!

Very upset with my delivery. 3 out of 4 meals were made wrong and I got shorted 4 nuggets on the adult 9 piece, which I had gotten for my child. To top it off as I was looking for the fries they were in the bottom of the bag just thrown in without the boxes even being folded for holding the fries. Ordered through grubhub and when I requested a redelivery they gave me a slight refund and said I could repurchase the meal of I wanted the correct order.

Loved their burgers, star chicken nuggets not so much. Food was quick to get, hot and fresh and it was fast. Open later too
