Feedback gevenWent in a few days ago Trina gave me excellent service. I?ve had previous bad experiences with this location but was hungry and decided to give it another chance. Improvements were made, staff is MUCH better and I will be returning.
At 715pm on a Sunday. This was the worst I 've ever seen. Came in for a bowl and a burrito. We could not get either without having to wait 10+ minutes. They had nothing prepared. To start with we asked for the bowl. They had the rice. When it came tothe pinto beans, they were like a paste. Them when we asked for chicken all 3 types had to be used to make just 1 serving. Theywere all scraps and dried out pieces. Said it would be 10+ minutes for fresh. Next was the pico. Nothing but juice, hardley nochunks. Then we asked for queso. Was told it would be over a 20+ minute wait for that. Then I asked if they had steak for theburrito and the young man started scraping the bottom of the pan, said. Yeah I think there is enough . At which point we askedif there was a manager on duty, they replied no. Then we asked the name of the manager. At which he replied we just had a madrush . I again asked the managers name. At which he did provide it at that time. They had dirty dishes piled all over theplace. This was the worst it has ever been.
The young worker at the counter was amazing. She was courteous, fast, efficient, and friendly—a hard worker with a great attitude.As a long line formed behind me, she needed help and rang for another worker. An older worker emerged from the back. This managerial-minded person treated me as if I was both an inconvenience to her and a stupid person beneath her time or respect. She seemed harried, rushed and irritated, like she didn’t want to be behind the counter dealing with customers such as myself. I smiled and tried to be friendly, and the grimace on her face clearly told me to F-off, she was having no part in my kindness and deference.Kudos to the young worker for her attitude and hard work. Dear manager needs to remember to be friendly to her customers or find a new job where customer relations isn’t integral to doing her job.
By far the worst place I've ever had. The day we went they had only steak and said they only have one size for quesadillas. If you want a bowl just go to chipotle and if you want a quesadilla just go to La Michoacana.
The food is overpriced, and overrated. I paid $15 for a quesadilla that was not worth $15 dollars. The food I received was a joke. Save your money, and go elsewhere. The food is bland, and not worth it.
