Pizza Hut - Lufkin

I ordered the new fleshy melt and love it! Delicious. The service in my local pizza hat was wonderful. I was met with a smile and kindness.

I like using this pizza hut. The drivers are always so friendly. The only problem I have is that on multiple occasions I never received the sauces I order. What's the point of wings with no ranch.Other than that I have no problems with it.

Deliver the correct pizza I ordered , the pizza I got was the incorrect item. It had all the items incorrect. I ordered a large thin and crispy,light on sauce,supreme with no onions,and a order of bread sticks and garlic what I got was bread sticks/garlic,a cold LG pizza thin and crispy with jalapeños onions and black olives.. all these items I hate on a pizza...the order was to be delivered across the street from pizza hut to my work place...I paid in advance and also ..paid tip of $5.00 in advance plus the delivery fee. Cold and wrong pizza. You tell me what can be done to get me to recommend Pizza Hut?

Never again. I had my wife order a large thin crust with *extra sauce*. I'm sitting here at midnight after just getting off work, and this pizza is trash. There is hardly any sauce, at all. The cheese is once again, skimped. You know it's bad if I thought about leaving a negative review while I was still on the first piece. I don't even bother ordering extra cheese, because I know I'll probably get half of what I paid for. I worked for pizza hut before. For 3 years. If the managers want to keep skimping the pizzas to fluctuate their inventory to grant an increase in their monthly bonus, then you can be the fool. I will never eat here again. Probably never at another Pizza Hut. Please save yourself the money and go somewhere else. One of the local pizza places is 100% better than this garbage.

Ordered a pizza over the phone at 7:47pm, 1 large pizza Delivery. The gentleman told me it would be 45 50 minutes. An hour goes by, I call to see where it’s at. The lady then tells me she has no order for me at all. I requested the manager and he explained they got a little behind, and the pizza had just left about 3 4 minutes ago.. okay great! It is now 9:36pm and STILL no pizza. And I paid over the phone! That’s is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. See if I order from them again. I’d rather pay more money for a pizza to get it here within the allotted amount of time given. And if I’m told it just left I don’t expect it a whole hour later! I’ll take my business elsewhere!
