Feedback gevenIt's great if you want to wait 30 minutes for one drink. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I'll make the drive to another Sonic or go somewhere else entirely.
So after placing order waited 30 minutes I literally watched my cups of ice sitting in the store while 2 vehicles got there orders before me yet they arrived after my order was placed I ordered a chicken slider 2 Jr cheeseburgers and 2 ff the ff we'recold and nasty my slider bun was burnt and I couldn't eat it it was like a hockey puck it was so hard. Also made me late forwork taking so long I saw 4 employees in the store only one was car hopping this store has went downhill since Ms Sophia is gone
This is the second time I have waited at this Sonic over 15 minutes just to place an order and counting!! My red button was activated and then cancelled TWICE... So far. I had to activate it AGAIN and now I am just sitting here waiting. I recommendgoing to a different Sonic in town.
Took too long to get our order. When they finally brought it out they forgot my husbands order, my daughters drink and straws. Constantly had to keep calling them back to my car bc they kept forgetting everything. Obviously didnt bother reading the ticketorder.
Update to my review below. I just had the complete opposite experience given the same scenario. Put my order in 5 minutes prior to arriving. Checked in while I noticed they were super busy. I must have waited 30 or 40 SECONDS before someone had my drink inmy hand. Don't know what happened but I'll add a star every time that happens. My original review is below forreference. They're slower than other locations. I tried to stop by for a quick drink. I ordered on the app about 3 or 4 minutesbefore pulling in. Then I waited 10 minutes after arriving and checking in, but I had to leave. I only had a medium slush. Nofood. They have no drive through. Didn't get to have the slush I paid for.
