Mcdonald's - Lugano

After the umpteenth time I had a McChicken with rotten salad to say the least and drinks that taste like watered down medicine, I finally decided not to set foot in it again.

Unfortunately, things don't work with takeaway delivery. Some time ago, when we arrived home, part of the order was missing. Yesterday it happened again. Hurrying doesn't always pay off. I won't go there again!!!

Very friendly, polite and smiling staff which should not be underestimated. Very clean floor tables and chairs. Great food. Perhaps the only flaw is too much ice in the drink for the month of January. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ordered a McVeggie, opened the bag an order with 20 nuggets, 2 big Macs and more. Worst McDrive ever, wrong orders, always missing stuff!! Most of the time we stop to check but when there is a queue of 10 impatient cars it is not often possible! Now stop. Not once, not twice, we 're talking 6-7 times. It is not the customer 's responsibility to check the order!!! The excuses they give on the phone every time are RIDICULOUS, this evening (missed dinner) we got impatient and called, the answer was: next time you come by, tell them that Giuseppe is sending you to receive the free menu , but where are we? ??? Learn to work! And let 's dispel this myth a bit, a job at McDonald 's today pays more than good!!! Never again.
