Mcdonald’s - Lugano

The burgers are good as the usual mcd. in my opinion, the special thing about this place is the mccafe. they offer a lot of desserts and the standard espresso for 1 chf (it is at least 2.20 chf elsewhere in lugano.) there is not much option for vegetarian or chicken burger here (burgerking surpasses them for veg and huhn options,) but their dessert makes them especially.

If they really have one of the best views in every mcdonald’s throughout the world. they have mountain peaks and look at a beautiful lake right as they enjoy a great number of frying.

Very impolite service. Ordered Cafe Cream to enjoy in the restaurant (presented with a very nice picture). Expected to receive a ceramic coffee cup filled with real Cafe Cream like we could see served for locals. Unfortunately we received two cardboard cups filled with black ordinary coffee tasting and looking like espresso machine flush water (and absolutely no crema). It was impossible to complain as staff does not understand any English.
