Feedback gevenIt's gone downhill. your way right away should not be there saying anymore. 2 weeks ago I got bristle, from the brush they cleaned the grill with, on my burger. They gave me a gift card so I went back to use the gift card... took them 4 tries to get the order right and wasted 30 minutes of my time. I thought of writing them a bill for the time it took to get a simple order right. they couldn't even make a plan burger. That's just meat and bread.
The impossible whopper was cooked rare, it was still pink. The window at drive through was locked at first, so we were questioning safety though it was a nice evening. The attendant took extra time to bring us our receipt even though they were having problems with the machine.Vegetarian options: Glad they have options that are good.
Absolute worst burger king experience I've ever had not only did they get my order wrong when I called to tell them they were super disrespectful and might I also add I had to call multiple times and when we got there after they told us they would fix the order one of the employees was even more disrespectful making smart comments will never go back to this establishment ever and I advise everyone else to just go the extra distance to Camden or Richland county.
I visited Burger King in Lugoff, SC around 5 pm and received wonderful service. Mrs. Princess took my order and was very patient and polite. Her customer service was excellent and I hope to see more of that from her in the future. The sandwiches I ordered were delicious, well-made, fresh, and hot. They were still warm when I got home, even though it took me 20 minutes to get there. The vegetables were fresh and beautiful in each sandwich. The kitchen staff did a perfect job. The young man at the second window who handed me my food was also very nice and gave me a welcoming smile. I think we need more of that kind of welcoming feel. Great job to the whole crew, especially to Mrs. Princess and Artina.
The staff at this restaurant were impolite and uncooperative, failing to perform their duties properly. They were shouting over the drive-thru speaker and hurriedly processing orders at the window. Additionally, my order was incorrect.
