Taco Bell - Lugoff

These people are lazy every time it takes 40-50 min even if you place order online . And they close dining room early every night and drive thru is wrapped quicker to drive to Columbia.

I love this Taco Bell. I drive out of my way sometimes to come to this one because the staff is always nice and friendly. My order is hardly ever wrong. *Update* And now I wish I could give this Taco Bell 6 stars because I have discovered they brought breakfast back! Went by last Sunday morning when I thought they first opened to try the Cinnabon coffee, and they asked if I wanted breakfast to go with it. I was shocked and super excited to have beloved TB breakfast again. It was just as delicious as I remembered before the pandemic started.

The young lady working the drive through could definitely work on her public service attitude. She was rude and acted like she really hated her job. Definitely not going there just to be treated as nuisance.

I lowered my rating to a star. they get in the line to pick up online order, wait for an hour because they don't move cars forward and then when they finally get into the window for their mobile order, what do they do? move! absolutely ridiculous! it helps me to place an online pick-up order, have confirmed their card for payment, and they will start their order only when they check in with the loudspeaker. So you still have to get up and wait. what is the purpose of an online order? I make online orders for a quick pick up on my way to home from the work in my own restaurant that has online order, that is ready as soon as said that the customer comes to pick up.

Pretty fast and drive thru young lady was beautiful.
