A recent change of name, owner and cook, and at the end, a much better kitchen, actually made on site and democratic. A cozy and welcoming place but three spaces: a terrace behind the Opera, a main hall and a quiet champagne bar. A remarkable fact is that there is a Abbaye champagne... Perso, I loved the banana mousse, light and displeasant. The staff has a smile, which adds to the reception of the hotel.
We were looking for a restaurant for a long time when we accidentally fell on that one. There were very few people, the waitress was of an incredible kindness, smiling, good advice, made sure everything goes well. Our dishes (Balls of Liège) were very good. I absolutely recommend.
Great recovery for this mythical place in Liège just at the back of the Opera. After the passage of charming Orane (daughter of Renaud Rutten) this restaurant (perfectly refreshed by keeping the spirit of the origins) is Denis Rutten, his uncle who takes over the torch. A beautiful map perfectly mastered and particularly well selected drinks. A must for who wishes to eat very well in the heart of Liège
