Always visit this place if you want to buy pasalubong for your loved ones. They have different kinds of biscuits packed in one big plastic bag for only 50 pesos. Of course, who will forget the delicious cakes that only Koffee Klatch can bake?

I absolutely love their broas, tikoy, and all their other products. They are incredibly tasty and delicious. I will definitely be returning to buy more of their products.

The next day, I visited the store to see if their in-person service was any better. Unfortunately, the staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming, making it difficult for me and my companion to make a purchase. It's a shame, as I wanted to try their products but was put off by the attitude of the staff. It seems they do not value their customers, as their behavior suggests they are not interested in making sales. While my opinion may not matter to them, I wish to express my dissatisfaction and will not be returning for a third visit. It's important to remember that no matter how good your products or services are, without good customer service, you will not reach your full potential and may lose out on valuable customers.

Nice to eat here again with their famous signature dishes like lengua, kaldereta and menudo. Looks a bit gloomy with poor lighting. The taste of the food is consistent, however. Would come back.
