If there were an option to give zero stars, I would take it. I sought grief support and counseling due to severe trauma, but instead, I was treated like a prisoner. There was a complete lack of compassion and empathy, and an overwhelming focus on medication. When I didn’t present a cheerful demeanor, the doctor even threatened to extend my stay. Dr. McConville walked out after spending less than five minutes with me, claiming I had called him a liar; meanwhile, the nursing staff suggested he left to avoid a difficult situation. I suspect he will still charge me for the entire session. I was trying to share my experiences and explain why I needed his assistance, but he showed no interest in hearing from anyone who disagreed with him. I strongly recommend avoiding him at all costs, as his ego significantly impairs his ability to provide compassionate and thoughtful care.

I had a fantastic experience with the staff, and I'm so grateful for their help in getting me better yesterday! I walked straight into the emergency room, and they took excellent care of me, quickly helping me feel better. Thank you to the entire team for their amazing teamwork!

I had the best experience during my visit to the emergency room. They took me in right away and were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this emergency room to everyone!

The doctor here lanced my abscess and left the room without cleaning the drainage and blood off of me. Didn't even put a bandage over it. Thanks to the nurse's I was cleaned and bandaged.
