The food was Turkey/Stuffing/Potatoes w/ carrots and green beans and Lasagna. As the meal was served, I was running around and getting people settled. I ran up to get a small piece of lasagna for one of the toddlers in the group and when I started to cut it up, i could not believe how badly it was made. The noodles had been reduced to a slimy jelly and it smelled kind of funky. I didn't know you could do that to pasta. The sauce seemed to be a non-descript beige. I was too busy to spend much time on that, but I felt guilty for the rest of night because I'd given that plate to my granddaughter. I literally woke up the next morning feeling bad about it. When I had a chance to eat, I went for the turkey (cause I'd seen the alternative). I figured vegetables would be a safe bet, how badly could those be screwed up? I started to fish some carrots and green beans out of the brine they'd been simmering in and realized that they also had been boiled into an mush. Uggh. The stuffing? Someone else has posted a picture of a tinfoil pan full of lumpy gray cement... that is what we had too. The voice in the back of my head was comparing this to prison food. Absolutely the worst food I've attempted to eat in my memory. Heed the one star reviews on this one. Look at my profile, I've been on Yelp for many years and given lots of great reviews. This food was just awful.
What an amazingly delicious Thanksgiving Dinner!! Preparing and cooking Thanksgiving Dinner has been my specialty for over twenty years . Every year, I have my special recipes I lovingly prepare and cook for 15 to 24 guests. I was hesitant to hand this task over to anyone else, but due to work and other commitments , I had less time allotted for preparation this year. However nervous I was to do this, I ordered the prepared Thanksgiving meal from Sean Patrick's. My husband picked up the food at 12 noon, which the chef brought right from the oven. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious !! The turkey was so moist , with a nice crispy outer skin. The potatoes , dressing and butternut squash were flavorful and seasoned just right. It was obvious the gravy was made from scratch . Extras that came with the meal were rolls, butter, cranberry sauce and an apple pie. My guests were very impressed , and I was the most relaxed I have been on Thanksgiving Day in twenty years! Thanks Sean Patrick's!! PS What's on the menu for Christmas dinner ?
Mother's Day HORRENDOUS experience for my entire family! Buffet food was ice cold we had no idea that there was more than one station. Waitress was absolutely wonderful, one of the best I've had ever, but didn't inform us of all the stations so basically we paid $25.99 for cold eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, nasty lobster bisque rock hard pancakes french toast. When you Google Sean Patrick's and go to their website, nowhere on that website does it say that it was $10 more for their buffet for Mother's Day. Normal Sunday buffet prices are $14.99 per plate so basically they jacked the price up $10 per plate for Mother's Day; really nice of them, Happy Mother's Day! She said that the reason it's $10 more is because the buffet is much more elaborate than their normal Buffet. When you compare the food that's listed on their Facebook page to their regular menu It's the exact same so what's so elaborate about that? What's worse is that when you click on their website from Google it does not tell you anything about Mother's Day pricing. Had we known there's no way we would have gone there it's definitely not worth $26 per plate. When we informed the manager that we were unhappy with the food the fact that their mothers day pricing was not listed anywhere, she did absolutely nothing about it. I showed her that when you clicked on the website there was nothing about the pricing and she proceeded to argue with me saying that it says so on their Facebook page. I said well normally people don't go to a Facebook page when you want information about a business, they go directly to their website and not their Facebook page. I even told her that I was going to go to their website and give them a bad review and she didn't care she just said thank you very much and went on her way. I've never been to an establishment where the customer service from a manager is so awful. I just couldn't believe that this manager was so unwilling to do anything to help us out. Nothing at all! If you want to keep customers you should try to keep them happy and every one of us was unhappy with this experience which is very upsetting to me because it was Mother's Day and I wanted it to be special for our mother and it was everything but that! In case they delete this, I will make sure that I post this on my Facebook page so my 1000+ friends will definitely see how horrible of an experience we had at Sean Patrick's.
Nice buffet on Thanksgiving. Has meals to go. Cozy and warm. Good food. What more can I say. Easy to park and is right off the main road.
Horrible horrible food cold not heated raw if you don't ask for fully cooked. Went their for thanksgiving and was sold raw turkey after the chef was arguing that it was fully cooked when you can see that it was raw and pink. No flavor in the food was very bland I don't think that I will ever go there again not even my friends. You may of lost us all as customers. You were selling a buffet style meal for 23.00 that was not even cooked so because I paid 63.00 for 2 plates what a disappointment you have made of yourselves the rolls were hard and cold, the vegetables were stone cold what a waste of money
