Ledo Pizza - Lusby

Always good food. Service well. Make sure waitresses who want to complain about customers do this privately and not where other customers can hear them. I was a customer who heard the waitress who was honest about where a customer sat, and that she ordered by way of execution and then decided to dive. Restaurant food was not busy and waitress complained to the customer about the fact that she could spend on money as she ordered execution and not with her. Only unprofessional and honest not the customer problem, nor must it be brought to their attention. Just to say.

I ordered pasta and a hot honey pizza on 11/13/2022. The pizza was brown and crispy. It was so good that I almost ate everything alone. Give the cook an increase!

The only thing that enhanced the flavor of the pizza was adding a lot of parmesan cheese. Otherwise, it lacked taste, even with toppings. The Italian wedding soup was enjoyable, but I would have preferred it with crackers.

We ordered dinner tonight, got salad and wings with a big pizza. You have completely forgotten to make our pizza!! My husband had to sit and wait until our delivery order was made when I had ordered it 40 minutes before! Really disappointed in this Ledos! Spent $40.00 and my family did not eat until after 9 a.m. because then it took forever to remake it!

Ledos used to enjoy a fantastic reputation in our family, but recently, it seems that both the staff's morale and quality control have significantly declined. At the Lusby location, the quality of the food has deteriorated; dishes are consistently overcooked and poorly assembled. The Stromboli is often either undercooked or overcooked as well. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience. Other locations have set high standards, but unfortunately, this establishment has fallen short of them.
