Shahi Nan Kabab - Luton

We ordered a chicken donner with chips, a chicken saag with rice, 3 of their set meal no. 4, garlic chicken, and some naan. The garlic chicken had no garlic flavor at all, and my dad had to ask the chef to taste it to add more garlic. The chicken biryani was dry with very little vegetable sauce, and the chicken was tough. The chicken saag was bland, lacking in salt, and the rice arrived only after we asked multiple times. To make matters worse, when we requested to take our leftovers home, we were asked to take our plates to the counter for packing ourselves. This was a completely unheard of practice for us. I have tried almost all the restaurants in Bury Park, but this was the worst experience by far. I would give them a lower rating if I could. It's surprising that they are still in business.

Simple and unpretentious, this restaurant offers delicious food. My family and I visited during a busy time, so we had to sit near the entrance where there was a bit of a draft. We ordered boiled rice, naan bread, Chana Masala, Sarg Gosht, Garlic Chicken, Chicken Dupiaza, and drinks. The service was a bit slow due to the crowd and many customers calling in for takeout orders. Despite that, we had a pleasant evening overall.

I ordered a medium kebab roll for £4.10. The kebab looked appetizing, but unfortunately the employee skimped on the salad, only including large chunks of lettuce and a single slice of cucumber. When I requested more tomato chunks, the employee became annoyed and said additional salad could be purchased for £1.10. I will not be returning due to the stinginess with the salad and the high price for a partially cooked kebab.

Went To Shahi Nan kebab in bury park luton and food was extremely poor quality, the kebabs were burnt and tasteless the chops looked and tasted very old, the biryani was old and very cold when received and keema curry looked like dog poo and tasted vile !! I AM NOT EXAGGERATING PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.all my family are unwell after dining here. I am very surprised that they haven't been closed down.WORST PLACE TO EAT IN LUTON.COULDNT FINISH FOOD HAD TO THROW AWAY. PLUS THEY ONLY TAKE CASH.ALSO KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT VERY DIRTY AND VERY RUDE STAFF. AVOID AVOID AVOID
