Dunkin' - Lutz

Asked for decaf coffee they gave me caffeinated coffee with a label on it saying that this is decaf. This is dangerous practice.

Lived in the area for almost a year and theres awful customer service every time I come.Food and drinks are great though!

It’s popular but whenever I want something specific I just can’t get it every time. Tells me that they sell out real quick maybe go early or be prepared to drive to another location nearby.

Service was horrible. The girls working there obviously must be rich because they don 't need to work. They are too good to work. Lesson girls, everyone has to start somewhere. Practice some, Do unto others...... . Karma is a B.....

Every time I go here they are out of what I am trying to order. It’s happened the past 5 times. Not on par with other Dunkin locations, but still decent.
