Panini's And Grill - Lutz

I visited the restaurant for lunch the other day and was warmly welcomed by some very friendly hosts who let me choose my preferred seat. Since my mother was with me and has difficulty sitting at high tables, we opted for a low table. Our server, Raquel, was incredibly friendly and made great recommendations from their personal favorites. Halfway through our meal, Hunter, one of the managers, came by to check on us and ensure everything was tasting delicious, which it certainly was! Overall, I highly recommend asking for Raquel when you visit; you won't regret it. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, and Hunter proved to be a fantastic manager!

Carson was truly a breath of fresh air! He was attentive to our needs and a pleasure to have as our server. His enthusiasm for the weather was delightful! We will definitely return for the delicious food and excellent service. Thank you!

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. I wanted to make sure I gave it a fair chance before writing my review, so I've visited three times. The place is generally clean and has a great atmosphere, which makes it suitable for families at first glance. However, after spending more time here, I've noticed a lack of attention to service and management oversight. I've never seen a manager on duty, and the servers often seem preoccupied with their phones, spending too much time hidden behind the registers. Additionally, I've observed that they don't always wash their hands before handling food. Perhaps it would be wise for the health department to conduct a refresher course for the staff.

Sat for dinner at 7:53 and were told twenty minutes that the kitchen was secured and food would be just an additional fifteen minutes. In the meantime we get starters, and all the others around us were served. a large group sat well after us and got their food fast. At this point we waited an hour and a half for our meal with an 18-month and 7-year-old and the manager insisted that it was on the way out and that it would box for us. Then we waited 20 minutes and she gave us another check. Meanwhile, all the others around us were fast and out.

Food was amazing! Great sports bar feel, live music on a Friday night.
