My son and I went to Tijuana flats on Tuesday 3rd October 2023. We went in ordered our food super simple two meals one each. Our receipt said we were served at 6:50pm we sat down since we were eating in the restaurant and not getting takeout. This was our first time eating here we sat and sat and sat waiting patiently for our food. We ended up at 8pm! Yes 1 hour 10 mins waiting for our food. I decided to go find out why we hadn't received our food yet. There excuse was we are busy. Well excuse me the restaurant was half empty. I thought ok I will sit for another 5 mins and went back up since we still did not receive our food. I then went to the cashier and asked for a refund and told him that I will never eat here again. My son and I went to chilis and got served right away. Horrible just horrible customer service and wait staff. We won't be going ever again.

Tijuana Flats is fantastic! The Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga is bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, making dining here a pleasure.
