Nice, clean hotel, decent service. Close to the slopes for small children, on the ski bus a short distance from both parts of the resort. I would have liked larger portions of food. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

During the Easter holidays of 2022 and 2023, our family of five stayed in this hotel located in San Rocco. We had the spacious apartment on the top floor. This was outdated but for us this was good enough. When we checked out we immediately booked for next year. When we wanted to check in on March 30, 2024 this year, we received the bad news that our room had been given to another family. As an alternative, we were proposed a small hotel room with a double bed and a bunk bed. We were then offered two rooms on different floors, which is not an option for us with young children. Owners made no effort to find a satisfactory solution. Fortunately, we knew other landlords in Livigno and even found another apartment. Rooms: 3 Location: 4

The road to reach the property was closed due to the wave of snow and the fall of avalanches, I contacted the Booking service but they threw the ball at the property, contacted the property they said it depends on Booking because they take the commission even if I cancel the overnight stay terrible and irresponsible service! Clean hotel with cozy bar. Small rooms with too little space for two people in my opinion. A lot of noise in the restaurant. Nearby activities: Skiing Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 3
