Returning to the Margherita hotel is always a pleasure! There is a family atmosphere! The owners are wonderful people always ready to satisfy guests' requests! A note of merit also goes to the kitchen and the dining room staff! The hotel is equipped with every comfort! It is not close to the center but there are trams that run regularly every day at constant times and the stop is a few steps from the hotel. The view of the valley from the rooms is worth it! Clean rooms but unfortunately for the entire stay we had to request the intervention of the staff due to a problem with the radiators which were always off. Paradoxical situation regarding the PAYMENT parking that the structure provides. On the day of departure I had to wait more than 40 minutes in the garage because a customer had parked his car behind mine, preventing me from leaving. In practice, of the approximately 15 places available, the ownership has seen fit to sell more than double, creating real chaos for the paid places. Obviously even in the days before departure the place was not free even though it was assigned. Another important point is related to the reservation of the table for dinner. The hotel also has a restaurant open to non-residents, therefore we were asked a couple of times to vacate the table by 8.45pm as it had to be assigned to customers outside the structure. Paradoxical situation, as a customer is not even free to sit at the table and continue chatting in complete relaxation. We were a group of 14 people with 8 children. Absolutely inadequate services.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and will be happy to come back next winter. Rooms: The new rooms are of particular quality. Nearby activities: The entrance to the ski area is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, as is the ski bus for the journey to the opposite side of the valley. Food drinks: We ate very well and drank great wines. Noteworthy details: The staff is very friendly and approachable, the service leaves nothing to be desired.
