The buggy games, they stole my money

Very unfriendly staff. The website says tables open from 3 p.m. I also got this confirmed again at the reception at the entrance. In the casino they said that the tables don't open until 8 p.m. and that they can only open one blackjack table until then, even though I went there because of poker. Then you lose some things at the table, which was perfectly fine. But when I was able to win back some of the money at the roulette table, the croupier and his colleagues started laughing at me because I didn't tip. And then asked me straight away why I didn't tip. So absolute disgrace. No smile, very unfriendly and then asking why there is no tip

It's great that this place exists. Especially the lounge. Service attentive and very friendly. And the prices are completely normal despite the extraordinary location!

Female service unfriendly and not attentive. We were also turned away several times even though the restaurant was still open according to the opening times. Too bad, won't come back.

Nice staff and delicious ice cream and drinks right on the promenade of Lake Lucerne.
