The hotel is beautiful. It manages to maintain historical characteristics without compromising the comfort and facilities offered to guests. Super kind staff, doing everything in their power to make your stay the best possible.

Really Enjoyed my stay. Loved everything from location, facilities, rooms, view and even the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. You have to try there French Toast for breakfast

We stayed in this palace with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement. Our suite was really beautiful, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Our terrace gave us an incredible view of the lake and Pilatus mountain . We also loved the Spa, the gym, and the food within this palace. The hotel staff is really kind, smiling and takes great care of their customers. We really appreciated all these special attentions. We loved our stay in Lucerne with you and we will come back without hesitation
