Starbucks - Luzern

Nothing much to say, great location to seat and spend time with friends while having a coffee. Not far from the main station, also close to the main shopping street of the city.

Generally good and friendly service. But crappy WiFi that kicks you out frequently. Comfortable to sit and do some work.

Cold, no sunlight, slow internet

It was really bad; An employee showed the visitors the middle finger even though the visitors had bought something (it was only a small chocolate). Nevertheless, I think that such disrespectful behavior is absolutely not okay. The mood of the workers is totally unmotivated and passive aggressive. After we tried to explain it to the manager (after about 3 attempts because she didn't speak any real German) she then told us very annoyedly that she would check the cameras. In this Starbucks you never know where you stand with the employees; depending on whether they have a good day or not. Overall: this behavior is unprofessional and shameful!!! It's the last time I'll go there.
