Pho 1 - Lynchburg

There are about 8 stands inside, one was occupied during our visit by shady looking people who did not speak to each other. cagey people also have to eat. a 13-year-old took our drink order and the cook took our food order as we pointed out on the menu. eating came one to a time as it was done. that was confusing because we didn't know exactly what we ordered and not. I have tried all foods to make sure that the right recipient got the right sign. eating was interesting for the vegan who was in our party, in a local where bohnenburger are sometimes the only option.

This restaurant has incredibly delicious food. it's amazing. However, they have recently started their vegetable menu, so they now have to ask for veggie broth, although it does not appear on the menu (which is somehow sketched.) also I would not eat there because it appears a little sticky only by looking at it. I just wish they hadn't got rid of the vegetables menu! it seems like a big step in the wrong direction.

The restaurant was unexpectedly quiet for a Friday night, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I ordered the brisket Pho and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was full of flavor and every bite was a delight. I will definitely be coming back for more.

This is the best restaurant in Lynchburg! After trying the #13 today, I won't be dining anywhere else. I couldn't resist finishing the entire large portion because the broth was simply incredible.

Best pho I’ve had outside of my home! Didn’t expect to have such a good, hearty broth, but they definitely brought that to the table. Been here twice and both times the food was amazing. The pho dac biet is excellent and the bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) too.
