Feedback gevenEating was very good, I ordered many items from the menu and each product exceeded high standards, and I am surprised that they are not more expensive. the customer service was exceptional and everyone ensured that I had a great experience.
I was told to come to bob’s bagel because the bagels are very good as new york’s bagels, but when I went to order, they refused my order because I wanted to pay with my google play phone I didn’t want cash so that they tried to force me to spend $7 be careful they need to spend more than $7 to pass their card I think I was not in the bag
You know what? the service leaves a little to wish. they will also wait for a past, especially when it is busy. Apparently, a call is terrible, so everyone who calls them should go and get their order. eating is outstanding. the bagels are on the point, and at the end, that is all that matters. if they get a flat bagel as sandwich, they probably won't be finished. lox is fresh, cream cheese is delicious. they're screwing up a job here and checking it there before they leave. my favorite place in the opposite.
Bagels are great but they put a disgusting amount of cream cheese on the bagels. This happens frequently and frankly presentation is everything in the food business
This place is hit and miss. It is never the same result and never the same price for same items, even a day apart.But today, July 17...today they told me they don't have Italian subs and never did, so I just created my own which was the Italian. Then I said I want a chocolate croissant and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted my sandwich on that. Like what???I get good work is hard to find but why hire people who don't know what your store sells or how it works.Needless to say we didn't order there today...I just couldn't have confidence in the order after that.Also I hate leaving reviews, especially negative ones. This is becoming more frequent which is why I am because I feel the owner needs to know.
