Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lyndhurst

The service wasn't that great. It wasn't busy at all, but the employees seemed more interested in their personal conversation than taking our order. I had to repeat what I wanted in my burrito three times before they got it. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink or even if we wanted chips with our order. We almost had to bag our order ourselves when someone finally offered to help us with it. I got a burrito and my wife got a burrito bowl. She asked for guacamole on it, but it looked brown and disgusting when we opened the lid. Not fresh at all. At least some of the food tasted good. Chips would have been nice though. It'll probably be a while before trying this one again.

I ordered online and I'll have to say never again. They gave me all the fattiest gristly steak they had not to mention the tomatoes were all the throw away pieces with the white part and no red on the tomatoes. And on top of all of this it was ice cold like they kept it in a fridge for a day

Seems like theirs always a mess at the work station. Keep it cleaner

I've been to a lot of Chipotle and have never tasted so much salt until today. No additional salt should be added to any take out foods due to customers own taste and salt modifications. There's enough salt in this food to cause a stroke or high blood pressure issues.

The new manager is awesome ....Thank you for fixing your mistakes....If he is still there I will be coming here
