Went to Gelone’s Restaurant on Thursday, 9/7/23 because we had a $100 gift certificate from 2013. When presenting the $100 gift certificate for payment was advised the certificate was too old there were new owner(s). Very disappointing to say the least, spoke to Chris the manager who was indifferent. He said things are expensive the previous owner is gone. We explained the individual who purchased the gift certificate lost money as well, now that we cannot use certificate. The manager didn’t seem to care. It would have been appreciated if a dessert or some type of small compensation was extended. Will NEVER go back!! Poor customer service! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My wife is addicted to the salads here. Feel like classic Italian cuisine with a really nice staff that cares about your experience, then here's a place for you! Also, they play really good Frank Sinatra music, and the art is gorgeous! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were there to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. My nephew arranged chose the venue for about 25 family members. The appetizers were to die for and seemed to be endless. Then there was a caesar salad penne ala vodka that were terrific. It could have ended there but then there was the entree. I had the chicken parmesan while my wife 2 daughters had a salmon fish that all 3 raved about. I heard nothing negative about the food or the outstanding service. I highly recommend.
