I ordered online, and the process was excellent. The service is outstanding, and the staff knows me very well. The restaurant is always clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly.

My friend and I visited the restaurant yesterday, and we had a rather unpleasant experience. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side, which took us extra time to assemble. Their website states that they close around 9 PM, but it seems that information is outdated. The person at the counter threatened to call the manager or the police if we didn't leave immediately, which was quite alarming. There were still customers outside who were lingering, and it seemed odd that she didn't call the police on them. The sign outside was old and faded, adding to the overall poor impression. We are seriously considering legal action, as we both have medical conditions that require us to eat slowly. My friend jokingly mentioned feeling so frustrated that she could have caused a scene with the staff. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

This Dunkin' was fine when we ordered, but we were not informed that the dining area would close. Right after we received our order, a staff member told us we had to leave at 7 o'clock, which was only about 5 minutes away. She even called her manager to intimidate us. There was no sign indicating that the dining room closed at 7, and online it stated that the location was open until 9. We were just trying to finish our food as quickly as possible. She claimed we were adding to the staff's workload. We were simply sitting, eating, and drinking without bothering anyone. Her attitude was very rude. In contrast, there were customers in the drive-thru that remained open until 9 o'clock, and we didn't disrupt them at all. What happened to good customer service?
