Everytime I have ordered from here the drink is either completely bland and unflavored or wrong all together. I order a grande caramel Brule latte and they gave me a regular cup of coffee with milk in it.
Poor customer communication. There should be a message on the drive-thru screen indicating they’re closed on the weekends because what Starbucks is closed on the weekends??! There was a line of cars, waiting for service because no one knew the store was closed!
Hot drinks are only half full. This has happened on two separate occasions recently. Once is a mistake, twice is a cost saving measure that cheats the customer.
When they take your order they don't even let you finish ordering and start saying is that it is that it and then they repeat it and you get a drink that tastes terrible it's happened a few times in a row it's expensive and I'd like to have my drink the way that I want it but once you pull it out onto the highway you can't turn around and bring it back
