Baskin-robbins - Lynnwood

Paid for an online order the Sunday before. I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been made. They had the order but just didn’t make it. Owner tried to blame me, then the computer, then her phone until all those were proven to not be the cause of the error. I had to come back the next day. Glad I didn’t try and pick it up the same day as the party.

Tasted good. Perfect woman working there too. Perfect service.

Payed for an order online for some ice cream and picked it up. Neat.Get a call the next day saying I need to pay more money for the ice cream because the prices online are wrong. Not so neat.

The ice cream at this restaurant is just right for me. I have a special connection to Baskin Robbins since I grew up eating it, but some people in my life say their ice cream is too watery. If you're looking for rich, creamy ice cream made with full fat milk, you might want to try somewhere else. However, as long as they have chocolate mousse royale, I'll always have a soft spot for Baskin Robbins. Their chocolate chip ice cream is my favorite - such a simple idea, but so delicious. I especially love this Baskin Robbins location, although I preferred it before they renovated. Now it feels a bit too trendy and modern for my taste. They even got rid of the water fountains, which I suspect was a ploy to make customers buy more drinks with their ice cream. And for some reason, the current employees seem to skimp on the sprinkles. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely be back for the chocolate mousse royale.

The woman working tonight was extremely pleasant and helpful! However, the cotton candies they served tasted stale.
