Baskin-robbins - Lynnwood

I was jones-ing for a smoothie. 400 miles form home in a part of Seattle I wasn 't familiar with.Found this place and I didn 't notice but it was 10 minutes before opening time. Door was unlocked and I went in without knowing. With a tiny bit of coaxing, the girl made me a Mexican style drink with chile pepper on top. I really didn 't expect that, I 'm an idiot and didn 't read carefully, AND it was fabulous. I will look again for a Baskin Robbins for that drink.

They quoted us a cake price on the phone and the cake was labeled that price in the store. However the manager would not honor that price and we had to pay almost double. We had to get the cake for a birthday party that day. She was also quite rude. We won't be going back.

Paid for an online order the Sunday before. I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been made. They had the order but just didn’t make it. Owner tried to blame me, then the computer, then her phone until all those were proven to not be the cause of the error. I had to come back the next day. Glad I didn’t try and pick it up the same day as the party.

Tasted good. Perfect woman working there too. Perfect service.

Payed for an order online for some ice cream and picked it up. Neat.Get a call the next day saying I need to pay more money for the ice cream because the prices online are wrong. Not so neat.
