B3 Breakfast Burger - Lynnwood

I found a charming brunch spot in Lynnwood that offers delicious food and a friendly staff. We ordered the fried chicken French toast and the pork belly biscuit served with sausage gravy and eggs, which also included home fries. Unfortunately, the home fries were not seasoned well, so we ended up adding a lot of salt and pepper to make them enjoyable, but they were cooked nicely. The prices are somewhat high, but the generous portion sizes justify it. We definitely needed a couple of takeout boxes. Overall, it's a nice brunch place, and I would recommend it to locals.

The burgers were very soft! While the presentation and service were lovely, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The prices were reasonable.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but both the service and food have declined lately. During my last few visits, it felt like the waitstaff was annoyed by having customers. We requested to sample the hollandaise sauce and were surprised to be charged $1.99 for a small side. My total bill came to $21.62, and after paying with a $25 bill, I was about to tell the waitress to keep the change. However, she abruptly grabbed the money off the table without saying a word. She returned with $3 in change (which I assume was $0.38), then walked away. If a restaurant is out of change, that's understandable, but they should communicate that to customers. The poor service and mishandling of change made this my last visit. I won’t be returning.

The restaurant offers outstanding service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. While parking can be a bit tight, there are designated spots for handicapped parking. Parking: although it can be a bit cramped and limited, there are reserved spaces for those with disabilities and a few larger spots available when needed. Kid-friendliness: children seem to have just as much fun at B3 as the adults do! Wheelchair accessibility: there is available parking, an easy ramp leading to the entrance, wide walkways thanks to movable tables, and spacious access to the bathrooms.
