My first time here! Pros: -The atmosphere was nice, quiet -The food was good -Our waiter was nice Cons: -The service was very slow, but I think it was because he was new (he told us that he still learned the menu - We ordered the endless shrimps and it was a good 20 minutes between the refills - I don't know if this is a con, and I can get backshot. I love my butter, but the cookies were very fat. Last thought: It's pretty expensive, but good. I'd go back and try something else. Not any place I would visit regularly, but more than a special treat.
I was hesitant because I'm not a fan of big chains, but my husband really wanted to eat here. I was very impressed with the food! The salmon New Orleans was exactly what I was looking for. Delicious Cajun sauce (which it was spicy) with shrimps and healthy sides of broccoli and baked potato. Love that they had half a serving option what I got. The side of the cookies was delicious. Husband has a lobster tail that has melted in the mouth. I wasn't a big fan of taking mushroom caps. Overall good meal. We had to wait a while to get space while half the restaurant was empty. At 6 there was a huge lineup outside.
The Clam Chowder tasted Blande, the food was decent and the lobster was pretty good and buttery. I've separated myself. The shrimps and scallops were my favorite part.
I ordered delivery the food seemed like it was well prepared, but unfortunately it was cold by the time it got to me. The one thing that really upset me was the chocolate cake and ice cream that I was really looking forward to which turned out to be vanilla soup and a slice of lemon cake. Which in my opinion is the most disgusting flavor for a cake. Thanks for the birthday treat...
