Sushi Land - Lynnwood

Date we went: 10/6/19 (first time here) People in party: 2 Drinks: water Appetizers : Pot stickers (3) Veggie spring rolls (2) Main: Fried shrimp roll, Shrimp tempura roll, California roll, Krab cheese roll, Super tempura roll, Green bean tempura. Desserts: Cho mochi ice cream We walked in around 2:30 pm hoping to have conveyor belt sushi. There was a sign on the door stating that they didn't have it anymore due to food waste. I had to use the rest room so i felt bad using it then leaving so we stayed. The place does look a little run down but that don't bother me knowing we came to a place known for cheap prices. they still kept the area clean. The waiter was very nice. We got our appetizers and they were fresh and hot and crispy. then our first rolls came and those as well were delicious. the fried shrimp roll reminded us of a hot chicken sandwich for some reason lol. Krab cheese roll was super good with fresh scallions on top with the spicy mustard. presentation was pleasant as well. All were fresh made. The main risk with conveyor belt was that you never know how long the food has been out but the good part is you know what you're ordering. when just ordering rolls with out pics we though the super tempura roll was going to be fried but it came out and it wasn't. (yes we could have asked but didn't). over all food was fresh and hot didn't get sick the next day lol. We ordered dessert i ordered green tea mochi ice cream and him chocolate. he got his mine did not arrive. i asked them not to put it on my bill and i hope they didn't. they didn't have a itemized receipt. they also kept track of payment with little plates. and i noticed some of them were dirty, which is fine cuz they didn't serve them to us they were just using them to keep track of payments Bathrooms. they were also run down. The one stall in the women's didn't have a tank lid so they put a little place mat over it. and the second stall wouldn't flush the giant wad of toilet paper stuck to the side of the toilet. I'm rating 4 stars cuz food and service was good, but taking away a star because we came for conveyor belt and didn't get one. That was why we chose that place over another regular sushi place. Food was good but probably wont go back.

Affordable sushi option! Personally I prefer the fancier/more sustainable options we have around but sometimes this is the right kind of place to go! (Good for affordable sushi for kids asking for sushi when on a budget! .
