The Han River - Lynnwood

I'm really happy we decided to try this restaurant. The pho and the vermicelli bowl were absolutely delicious!

I must say, this is a charming and laid-back restaurant that serves excellent pho. The broth is light and not overly fatty, leaning slightly towards the sweeter side, which I personally enjoy. I have a high appreciation for Han River's broth compared to other places. I ordered the large size, and for the price, it was quite a generous portion. The broth is fantastic, and the meat portions are hearty. I will definitely be back!

I have to say this is a pleasant low-key restaurant with top-notch pho. The broth is light and does not contain much fat. It's on the sweeter side of the pallet I'm biased on. Compared to other restaurants, I keep Han Rivers Brühe to a high degree. I ordered the size large and for the price it was a very generous portion. Big broth with hearty portions of meat. Come back here.

The prices were slightly higher than those listed on the online menu, with everything costing about 50 cents more. There's also an additional 50-cent charge for take-out, which isn’t a big deal, though a sandwich shouldn’t really require any containers. The bánh mì sandwich was quite tasty, but it could have used a bit more chicken. On a positive note, my order was ready in under five minutes.
