Djizan - Lyon

I didn 't check HappyCow before going there and so I didn 't specify vegan when ordering. While paying, I asked if the noodles were egg-free because they looked really yellow and in fact they were not. They can sub it for egg and gluten-free noodles if you ask at the order. Well, my mistake. The ramen was good, but very very salty.

What a charming little slice of Japan on the river of Lyon. The people where sooo nice!! I had a vegetarian (also vegan) miso ramen soup. They also had veggie gyozas which I assume age vegan?? Allergens: The entire restaurant is peanut free and the vegan ramen can be made without sesame. The soup is made of soy milk.

The ramens are delicious. The boss and the staff listen, professional and adorable! The ice was very good too! I recommend 100%.

Very fast and very welcoming staff. The marinated eggs were really good, the only dish is that there was only one slice of thick meat. The rocket gets married very well in the broth!

I loved it! the view of the furnace was superb and the pleasant personel!
