Flair - Lyon

Looking for an affordable gastronomic experience, we discovered this restaurant by chance. The restaurant offers a map in a Franco-Japanese inspiration. In the evening, the restaurant offers 3 different formulas, 35, 43 and 48€, the last with 2 admissions, 2 dishes and 2 desserts (in smaller portion). A accompaniment and a wine of 3 or 4 glasses are also available. We were delighted with this meal, everything was very well with an association of atypical flavours, a very neat presentation. The service is also of quality and the famous sommelier very friendly. A very nice discovery to repeat!

Excellent restaurant, friendly and welcoming staff! As a professional. The dishes are tasty and the quantities controlled. The aromas are strong and present, the Franco-Japanese association is a pleasure. besides staying in a budget more than correct for delivery. I highly recommend!

A nice address. The staff is welcoming smiling and what does not spoil anything compassion. A midday formula with a fantastic price quality ratio.. We will return one night to taste the talents of the chefs. We have to do 250 miles to come so it's not right now.

How to put something else than 5 stars? I’m almost afraid to tell everyone that it’s the best value for money in Lyon... because it’s going to become impossible to book a place soon... I have nothing to add, except perhaps a BRAVO to the whole team of the room, in the kitchen and of course the chef! That's certain! I recommend that the eyes be closed.

The service is very pleasant, efficient and very professional It is a beautiful discovery in the composition of dishes and flavors But this is more of a tasting menu than a meal where you eat at your hunger Indeed the proportions are small, we were still hungry when we came out of our meal
