Hakata Ramen - Lyon

This turned out to be a surprisingly great meal for me. Since I lacked some basics of Japanese cuisine, I was really in the mood for previous Japanese curry (yes, it is different). I saw a review that showed that this place has it, and at a reasonable price, so I was convinced. When I arrived, I chose the 3-course menu, but it seemed that you can't order Curry as a dish, and instead you have to order knights or a cutlet as a dish. It's okay, I see they offer a Demi-Curry as a duck, so I still satiate my Jap-Curry-Creaving. For the record I choose toncottsu rays that had worried me because it was not even properly written, and if a rammen shop offers a variety instead of a specialized one, they tend to all terrible. Not here! Dessert I the server choose apple gyoza for me. The curry was unbelievable, immediately after the use of me, the smell brought me back to Japan. I'll get a curry court back before I leave Lyon. The toncotsu ray broth was phenomenal, a lobster of the egg yolk was completely boiled. There was only real problem with this dish that the noodles were boiled. If you do ramen, you already declare to do for a smaller cooking time on noodles, then continue to cook and bloat in the broth. Not only was this not taken into account, but they were lifeless over cooked noodles. If this was a mere ride, minus 2 stars immediately. I forgive them this time. I'll just barely cook my noodles in the future. The apple gyoza was okay, not incredible, but okay. All this for 14,50€ If you ask yourself why I chose 5 stars for this because the curry and the toncottsu width were phenomenal. Could the curry be out of the box? Maybe. Anyway, still great.

Well, rich and affordable! Close your eyes. Nice discovery and very satisfied with my visit. With a map so varied and balanced, you will not be disappointed: sushi, ramen, fries, udon, curry etc... there is not for all tastes. In addition, they offer formulas, which makes the experience accessible! For less than 15 € you can eat at your hunger! Because even if it doesn't seem, the dishes are quite copyy. I took a curry katsu, which they automatically accompany with a miso soup. If I had known, I would not have taken an entrance (a salad) because my appetite quickly calmed down. In any case, I can't wait to come back to test their ramen that seemed succulent.

Gyoza delicious, the sauce was also very good, it changed the usual soy sauce. The noodles were used to copy, very good, just a little fat. We had the chance to have a place on the terrace because I think they're doing more to take.

Great experience! The dishes are hearty, super good and not out of price. They are convenient and can make vegetated dishes (they add vegetables to it! The welcome was nice and the pretty dishes. Hate to go back and ruin the scum in a healthy way
