L&l Hawaiian Barbecue

We ordered three plates before we left the house and food was ready when we arrived. Got the BBQ mix, Kalua pork and fried shrimp. All were good but the BBQ mix was great ??. I was able to make two complete meals from the BBQ mix combination plate. Service was polite and friendly. There was plenty of parking available.

By far the best L&L on the Island. Have never, ever have had any bad experience at this location. Qualify, Food and Customer serves that Dr. Edward Deming could not improve.

A friendly and unpretentious local restaurant in Kailua located in a small shopping centre next to the Anytime Fitness gym.The menu is extensive with many great options. I chose the Kalua pork meal which was delicious and a good portion size. In addition to the pork, the meal comes with rice and macaroni salad, but I did note that this was different to the Kalua pork that I had tried at a different L&L location. In comparison, there seemed to be more cabbage and less pork than what I had experienced elsewhere.The dining room was nice and peaceful to sit and enjoy my meal.Despite the variation in food between here and a different L&L store, the lady at the counter was friendly and the food was still good. I would recommend for anyone in the area wanting good local food.Parking: There is parking available within the shopping centre.

For a franchise chain, the food quality and taste differ from each location. My wife loves the Mac salad offered at this restaurant over our nearby enchanted lake L L. However, the BBQ chicken has a flavor profile that is completely different from other locations that I just can't stand. The majority of the food offerings at this location are good and should not be a problem for most people. I would just prefer a level of consistency across the chain as a whole.

Love chicken katsu. Fast friendly service. Great value for price. Mini chicken katsu is more than enough for me and my wife.
