Saigon is the best... I usually get the kalbi and spring rolls. The kalbi is outstanding and is always consistent. Spring rolls are to die for. Reasonably priced and the husband and wife that own it are super friendly and awesome . Highly recommend if you are in the enchanted lakes area

$10 gornthe banh mi i am attaching a photo of, is wild. no way. either go to town to le's or dont get a banh mi in kailua.
Authentic Vietnamese and local foods.Friendly Services Food Portions are good and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Everything is homemade.Tapioca and various delicious dessert are very refreshing.
