Feedback gevenI ordered a 6 veggie sub. it was missing the veggies and it cost $4.25 more than I paid to other subways, one dollar more. my man was also missing meat and sweet and cost $4.50 25 cent more than mine. there was only one person who worked and it was obvious that she was frustrated. will not visit this subway again. Maybe I'll stop going to the subway time. I was very disappointed.
The veggie sub was very good I sat and ate the first then went and bought another. the customer service was great and they treat daytime traffic with ease and I have a free cookie.
Very little selection. This location does not carry any of the additional options. Cleanliness was subpar. Also, lady treated me like I was inconvenience. Kindness is not too much to ask for.
I saw the bad reviews on their poor customer service before coming today. Crossed my fingers and came for dinner (5:00pm on a Wednesday) anyways. The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they servedwhile I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. Music choice is perfect. No complaints on my end.
This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered two chopped salads online, but when I received them, they were not chopped at all. When I called to inform them about the issue, the employee hung up on me. When I returned to resolve the problem, they had a rude attitude and insisted that my order didn’t match what was in their system. They initially refused to remake my order until I provided proof of what I had originally ordered. One of the staff members finally agreed to fix it. Additionally, the dressing on their stuffed salad tasted overly like mayo. Overall, they really need to improve their employee training or ensure they have the right people working there.
