Pizza Hut - MacArthur

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut, my order gets lost. I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours to cancel an order that’s only supposed to take 30 minutes. Every single person that works at this Pizza Hut is completely ignorant and rude. I had to call three times within two hours checking on my pizza to be told It was on the way until the last call when I was told they lost my order and can’t deliver it to my address. I placed my order on the phone through the store so there is no excuses.

The place looked clean. This is not a fine in restaurant.

We had no sauce on the pizza. The service was delayed so the food was also a little cold.

Ive had some great pizza from here, but when it's bad, it's B A D. Let's talk about why we'll be traveling an extra 10 or so minutes to Papa John's for our future pizza cravings. We ordered a large stuffed crust with extra sauce on 8 Nov, due to be ready at 1410. After driving 25 min to pick up this stale dough, no having sauce abomination, we ended up trashing it. The other frustrating part was the fact I tipped in advance, HOPING it'd make a difference. It's almost like whoever made the pie was blind or missing hands. I won't EVER return to this location highly suggest others proceed with caution. Living is way too expensive to be playing with people's food! I hope it was worth it to whomever had the nerve to serve such trash food. You need your eyes checked are in desperate need of training because you clearly have no idea how to properly prepare a pizza. CHEERS.

Order was ready on time, exactly as ordered. Delicious! Staff were friendly and courteous.
