We need 2 to 4 weeks reservation in advance if we want to eat at 8 1/2 Otto Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong, but not in Macau (of luck) during this Easter holiday. Chef Riccardo has specifically made a 5 courses vegetarian menu that was incredibly delicious! From the magnificent presentation of each plate to gustatory delights! The garden salad seems like a simple dish of appetite still by using fresh ingredients and adding salt, lemon and olive oil, we can taste spring on every bite, simply mesmerize. This is probably the best tomato salad we have ever tasted. The chef also brilliantly transformed a fleshy mushroom dish into a savory fleshy work of art. Thank you. Chef Ricardo to take our taste buds on a wonderful journey! And thanks to an excellent customer service team! Marino the GM, who welcome every guest like his own home guest, Nancy Wang the restaurant manager who has so much energy! She seems to really love her profession and Gérard, our man of the evening, he is very knowledgeable to guide us through the journey, although our foods were not on the menu. We hope we can come back soon!

The recently reopened 81⁄2 Bombana under Chef Riccardo La Perna brought the glamour of a real Michelin Star restaurant back to Macau! The food is amazing and the list of wines is also impressive. This is the way to back the foods in this amazing restaurant! Especially now as it truffle season!!
