I have been getting takeout from this restaurant for a while now, and it has always been great. However, today they made a mistake with my order. When I called to try to rectify the situation, the owner hung up on me. I always try to be polite and was not looking for anything for free, but they made excuses and then abruptly ended the call. This used to be my go-to spot, but not anymore. I always order the same thing online and just hit 'repeat order' every time. Today, my calzone was completely wrong, and I just wanted to inform them. I wasn't seeking a refund, just wanted to give them a friendly heads up in case they had a new cook. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will recommend others to do the same. Takeout service for dinner, price range $30-50 per person. Food: 3 stars. Service: 1 star.

Service: The service at this restaurant was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. They were quick to take our orders and make sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Atmosphere: The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting with nice decor and comfortable seating. It was a relaxing place to enjoy a meal with a pleasant ambiance.

Service and atmosphere both receive a perfect score of 5.
